High alumina low cement castable

High aluminua low cement castable is a dry-mix material. Once mixed with water, it chemically solidified as hard as a brick. Properly cast and dried, it can withstand 2200°F temperatures. Its raw material is industrial alumina oxide powder, some silica fume (5 um) and selected limestone powder.

High aluminua low cement castable is a dry-mix material. Once mixed with water, it chemically solidified as hard as a brick. Properly cast and dried, it can withstand 2200°F temperatures. Its raw material is industrial alumina oxide powder, silica fume (grain less than 5 um) to replace certain cement and selected limestone powder.

High alumina low cement castable features
After solidified, high aluminua low cement castable has very similar features like fire brick. It can be used for filling gaps which would be very difficult to fill with bricks. It has high bulk density, high working temperature and good CCS.
